Frequently Asked Questions
Are your wooden toys safe and non-toxic?
Yes! Safety is our absolute top priority. All of our toys and playsets are crafted from high-quality, natural wood and finished with non-toxic, water-based, and child-safe paints. Every item we carry meets or exceeds strict international toy safety standards.
How do I clean and care for wooden toys?
Wooden toys are incredibly durable but do require gentle care. To clean them, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and a mild soap. Please do not soak wooden toys in water, put them in the dishwasher, or use harsh chemical cleaners, as this can warp the wood and strip the natural finishes.
Are your materials eco-friendly and sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We intentionally partner with environmentally conscious brands that prioritize the earth. Our products are made from sustainably harvested wood, such as repurposed rubberwood and FSC-certified timber, ensuring we help protect the planet for your little one's future.
How do I know which toy is right for my child's age?
Every product page on our site includes a recommended age range based on developmental milestones and safety testing. Because our collection is Montessori-inspired, many of our playsets are designed for open-ended play, meaning they will thoughtfully adapt and grow with your child through multiple developmental stages.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you and your child to completely love your new toys! If you aren't perfectly satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. Simply reach out to our customer support team with your order number, and we will guide you through the seamless return or exchange process.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our team typically processes and packs orders within 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your exact location. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep!
