Refund Policy

Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Large pieces like Playhouses and Montessori Furniture are non-refundable due to change of mind. Exchanges are allowed only if the product is damaged.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns:

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
