Shipping Details

Some of our items are shipped directly from our trusted brand partners. This allows us to offer a wider range of high-quality products without compromising delivery times or service. You may receive separate packages if your order includes items from multiple partners.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Custom or handmade items may take longer to process (typically 5-7 business days).
For certain handmade items, fulfillment may take 1–2 weeks, with shipping typically requiring an additional 3–4 days.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days, free shipping on all orders (excluding taxes).
Free Shipping on orders over $150 (excluding taxes).

Shipping Destinations:

Shipping available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
